Employed at the Institute of Information and Communication Research at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toru\u0144. Interested in digital public services, disinformation and fact-checking, the participatory role of GLAM institutions in shaping the potential of smart cities, the phenomenon of inclusivity in libraries and the activities of libraries undertaken with people from the LGBTQ+ community in mind. In 2025, he completed a research internship at the Universit\u00e0 di Parma (Dipartimento di Discipline Umanistiche, Sociali e delle Imprese Culturali), during which he researched the services and activities offered to people from the LGBTQ+ community by Italian GLAM sector institutions. Co-creator of practical e-learning courses, including: 'Bibweb&#8217; (implemented by the Bertelsmann Foundation, the University Library in Warsaw, the Electronic Publishing Commission of SBP EBIB and the INiB Institute of the Nicolaus Copernicus University) and 'Login: library&#8217; (implemented for the purposes of the Library Development Program, with the participation of the Information Society Development Foundation, the Polish-American Freedom Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation). Author of many scientific works, including a monograph entitled <em><a href=\"https:\/\/smartcity.mystrikingly.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Smart city in the information space<\/a><\/em> (2020), <em><a href=\"https:\/\/dezinformacja.mystrikingly.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Methods and tools for building social resistance to disinformation: from fact-checking to media education<\/a><\/em> (2024) awarded the Adam \u0141ysakowski SBP Scientific Award and <a href=\"https:\/\/spolecznosclgbtq.mystrikingly.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The LGBTQ+ community in the library space.
